I mainly ship via USPS, and every package comes with tracking to let you follow your order's progress. Items are carefully wrapped to arrive in perfect condition, and I ensure your package looks as special as the contents inside.
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order to prevent delivery issues. Once your package has shipped, I cannot control delivery times, but I will do my best to help with tracking if there are any delays. Sometimes, postal services experience unexpected delays, especially during busy seasons. If you need your order by a certain date or want expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability. My goal is to ensure your handmade item arrives safely and on time.
Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to be pleased with your handmade purchase. If something isn’t right, please get in touch with me within [7–14 days] of receiving your order so I can help resolve the issue. Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused, non-custom items in their original condition and packaging. Because custom and personalized orders are created just for you, I’m unable to accept returns on those items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please send photos and a brief description so I can assess the issue and make things right. Depending on the situation, I may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. I take great care in crafting and packaging every order, but I understand that things can happen during shipping. Communication is always welcome — I’ll do everything I can to ensure you’re satisfied with your experience.
